At SPCS, we pride ourselves in providing fair renumeration and good welfare benefits to our employees. We are currently expanding our pool of trainers and consultants, due to more outsourcing requests from MHA/SPF/HT and other government agencies; and we seek to recruit more people with the relevant experience, knowledge, and skillsets to join our team. We work closely with SPF’s Career Transition Office (CTO) to identify and recruit suitable about-to-retire and retired SPF and MHA officers.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH SPCS

Skill Sets and Qualifications

  • Experience in policing and law enforcement work
  • ACTA, ACLP or higher would be an advantage

Skill Sets and Qualifications

  • Specialist Diploma in Security Consultancy
  • Governance Risk Compliance Professional (GRCP) Certification / PDPA
  • Global Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) exams set by the Institute of Internal Auditors
  • Other relevant qualifications in risk & information management, fraud eg. CISM, CRMA, ACFE etc
  • Regulated Air Cargo Agents Regime (RCAR) Security Consultant Course and RCAR Accredited Auditor Course
  • Known Consignor Regime (KCR) Security Consultant Certification Course
  • Experience in areas such as criminal investigations, polygraph testing, forensics, training safety, tactical training, protective security, aviation security, licensing and regulatory and traffic policing etc
  • ACTA or ACLP or higher would be an advantage

Skill Sets and Qualifications

  • Experience in policing and law enforcement work
  • Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) or Degree in Instructional Design or higher

  • Experience in policing and law enforcement work
  • Nature of work and qualifications will be dependent on the contract requirements

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

You may choose to work on a full time, contract and or part time basis depending on your preference. The flexible work arrangements are suitable for retirees who may want more freedom and time to spend on their own personal pursuits.
